Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to professional analytics engagements contracted with Acacia Core Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Acacia Core"). Website contact submissions alone do not constitute a paid engagement.

1. Engagement deposits

Most engagements require a 50% deposit on quote acceptance and 50% on delivery of final materials. Deposits confirm analyst capacity and begin data reconciliation work.

2. Cancellation by client before work begins

If you cancel in writing before we start reconciliation or chart production, the deposit is refunded minus a KRW 150,000 administrative fee. Once reconciliation has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable except as stated below.

3. Cancellation after work has started

If you cancel after work begins, you owe fees for hours completed at our standard hourly rate (KRW 180,000 per analyst hour, billed in quarter-hour increments) plus any non-recoverable print or binding costs already incurred. Any remaining deposit balance is refunded; if costs exceed the deposit, we invoice the difference.

4. Full refund eligibility

A full refund of amounts paid for the current engagement (including deposit) is available if:

• We decline the engagement after payment due to capacity or data quality issues we did not disclose at quote stage
• We fail to deliver final chart materials within the agreed timeline by more than ten business days without a mutually signed extension
• Deliverables materially omit agreed scope items documented in the signed quote

5. Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply when:

• You cancel after partial delivery and accept partial materials
• Agreed scope is reduced by mutual written amendment
• A readout session is cancelled by us and rescheduling is not possible within your deadline

6. Non-refundable items

• Rush surcharges once rush work has commenced
• Printed and bound chart books already shipped
• Third-party data purchases made on your behalf with your authorization
• On-site travel expenses already incurred
• Seasonal planning sessions after the session date has passed

7. Rescheduling

Readout sessions and workshops may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least five business days' notice. Late rescheduling within five business days incurs KRW 120,000 to cover analyst reallocation. Second and subsequent reschedules incur KRW 120,000 each.

8. No-shows

If your team does not attend a scheduled readout or workshop without notice, the session is treated as delivered. One complimentary reschedule is offered if you contact us within 24 hours with a documented emergency.

9. Data quality exceptions

If your data files are incomplete or incompatible in ways that prevent delivery within the quoted timeline, we pause work and notify you. You may supply corrected files without penalty. If corrected files are not supplied within twenty business days, we refund unused portions of prepaid fees minus work completed to date.

10. Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original bank transfer account within fourteen business days of written approval. Refunds are in KRW unless otherwise stated in your quote.

11. How to request a refund

Email info@webacaciacore.click with your quote reference, engagement name, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within three business days and provide a written decision within ten business days.
