These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at webacaciacore.click ("Site") operated by Acacia Core Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Acacia Core," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Acacia Core provides professional analytics engagements including portfolio reviews, chart books, and readout sessions for consumer brands. Descriptions on the Site are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a written quote or statement of work.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse the Site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the Site in ways that impair performance, misrepresent your identity in contact submissions, or use Site content to imply endorsement without our written consent.

3. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, graphics, and branding are owned by Acacia Core or licensed to us. Client deliverables created under a paid engagement are governed by the engagement contract; typically clients receive usage rights to final chart books while we retain methodology templates and pre-existing materials.

You may not reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution without permission. Short quotations with attribution and a link to the Site are permitted for editorial purposes.

4. Contact submissions

Information you submit through contact forms must be accurate. Submitting a brief does not create an engagement or guarantee availability. We may decline projects that exceed capacity or fall outside our expertise.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that Site content is complete for every jurisdiction. Analytics examples on the Site are illustrative unless explicitly labelled as a verified case study.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Acacia Core shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Site alone shall not exceed KRW 100,000 unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Liability for paid analytics engagements is governed by the applicable engagement contract, not these Terms alone.

The Site may reference third-party resources. We are not responsible for external content or policies.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
